Cereform® is built on next-generation manufacturing engineering rather than shape alone. Three core innovations define its performance:
Advanced Trilaminar Shell
14-16 homogeneous overlapping layers including 3 dedicated barrier layers (roughly 20% of shell thickness), 6-7 outer layers, and 5-6 inner layers. The result is a stronger envelope, lower rupture risk, improved durability, and reduced silicone perspiration.
Fully Automated Manufacturing
Shells are produced with no manual intervention, delivering high repeatability, precise layer thickness, minimal contamination, and consistent quality. Texture is created directly on medical-grade 316L stainless steel molds, with no salt or sugar particles and no foreign residues.
Concave Base Technology
Unlike conventional convex bases, Cereform uses an inward concave design that adapts to thoracic anatomy. This provides better rib cage seating, reduced folding, more even gel distribution, and smoother contour transitions.
Each implant is sterilized through dry heat and delivered in double ergonomic sterile packaging for safer OR handling.

Cereform Classic
Soft cohesive gel. Natural softness, natural movement, and classic breast feel.
Cereform Aptima
More cohesive gel. Stronger hold, enhanced upper pole fullness, improved shape retention, and more projection at the same diameter.
